To launch Grenade protein bars in Canada, we transformed one of Toronto’s bare bones free outdoor gyms into a top-tier fitness experience. 

The outdoor gym upgrade wasn’t just a pop-up; it was a full-scale glow-up: classes taught by influential fitness instructors, live DJ sets, towel service, personal trainers, and plenty of Grenade samples to fuel their workouts.
