gingerbread house-ing crisis

All Torontonians want for Christmas is an affordable place to live.

But the cost of housing is through the roof. So during the 2023 holiday season, we wanted to raise awareness, and funds, for this crisis.

We partnered with a local charity to build a 1:1 scale replica of a Toronto bungalow, entirely made out of gingerbread. We listed the bite-sized home on Toronto real estate sites for $1000 - roughly the price of 1 sqft of Toronto real estate.
